if you are looking for just a break/nap i suggest you sleep only one hour. once you sleep 2+ hours, you fall into a deep sleep and it actually makes it harder for you to do your work. now this isn’t for everyone but usually when you take an hour nap you feel more refreshed and ready to go back to work.
